Well, hello there WordPress blog. It sure has been a long time. I’d like to say the last few years have been spent traveling the world, but that would be a big fib. However, I did manage to take a bucket list trip to Southeast Asia. Here are a couple pictures from there. One shows my old and ugly mug and another shows the young entrepeneur who shot it.
She had quite the business setup. That would be to make pictures of as many tourists as possible as they boarded boats for a tour of Tonle Sap Lake and then have their pictures mounted and laminated on a small wooden plaque to sell when they return. As far as the technical minutiae, you can see what she used. I shot her picture with a Leica M9 and a 90mm Summicron lens at ISO 160 and wide open at f2.0.
Tonle Sap Lake is near Siem Reap in Cambodia.
